Appointments & Bookings

By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Please note the following:

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if a patient's behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. All fees are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our physiotherapy services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Please note:

• You must disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications before treatment.
• If you are unsure whether physiotherapy is appropriate for your condition, please consult your GP first.
• Results from treatment vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• In an emergency, always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E.

Limitation of Liability
